Karon Viewpoint (Kata Viewpoint) :
Karon Viewpoint (which used to be Kata viewpoint) is one of the most frequented viewpoints in Phuket. From here, it is possible to take in views of Kata Noi, Kata Yai and Karon beaches. Located between Nai Harn and Kata Noi beaches, the viewpoint is busy most days of the year.
2. Phuket Big Buddha
Phuket’s Big Buddha is one of the island’s most important and revered landmarks. The huge image sits on top of the Nakkerd Hills between Chalong and Kata and at 45 metres high it is easily seen from far away.
3. Promthep Cape

5. Khao Rang (Rang Hill) in Phuket Town
Khao Rang (Rang Hill) is one of Phuket’s most famous viewpoints. Located to the northwest of the city centre, its summit offers views out over the town, to the south of the island, neighbouring islands and along the hills forming the ‘spine’ of the island, upon which sits the impressive Big Buddha.
6. Panwa Viewpoint

Windmill Viewpoint is located between Ya Nui and Nai Harn beaches in south Phuket. Not far from Cape Phromthep, it has several tall, slim white windmills facing out to sea that look like airplane propellers. This hilltop viewpoint features west coast vistas similar to Phromthep, but is quieter.
8. Plub Pla Viewpoint
Halfway between Chalong and Kata on the hill there is a sign saying ‘Hilltop Restaurant.’ This is the now-closed-down Plub Pla site. There is a one-way system operating on this side road and it’s a good thing as the gradient is very steep. Park at the top and peek down at both Chalong and Kata from the gardens above the restaurant

Radar Hill Viewpoint is the highest in Phuket. Towering above Patong and looking out over the eastern part of the island it’s unmistakable from both east and western Phuket. Accessible only from the east, the picturesque (and sometimes steep) road winds up through villages and rubber plantations.

Samet Nangshe Viewpoint has very quickly gone from being practically unheard of to one of the most popular panoramas in Phang Nga. Located on a hilltop just a 30-minute drive from Phuket, it provides stunning views over the limestone islets of Phang Nga Bay and, being far enough away from civilisation to avoid light pollution.
